'top' on kernel 2.2.10

Hi,

        for up to kernel 2.2.7, I can always use the
procps_smp-linux-2.2.1.patch  from 
http://queenbee.fhcrc.org/~warnes/procps/ to patch the kernel side and
see the multiple CPUs on the top command. But I just tryied with 2.2.10
kernel source, it rejects the patch, are there any updated patch there?
