check either your bios timing settings or the jumpers on the mother-
board (depending on how your system controls the clock frequency).
Seems that your MB has the cpu clocked at 233, which is fine for a 266
part, but you can go faster if you get the clock speed set right.
beware of different steppings. There are incompatibilities that can
grab you. It is ok if you like to do debugging, of course. :)
