this is definitely off topic and i hope you wouldn't mind.
first i'm a support system engineer in my organization with the primary
task of unix administration. i have suggested that we make all our web
and proxy servers linux based.
the problems i have are:
1. i don't know much on linux and hence cannot name a suitable topic
for my presentation.
2. i have little or no material on linux hence might not be able to give
an accurate and concise presentation.
3. i don't know the advantages linux has over unix in this case.
we use IBM RS6000 591 systems
i'll be very glad if i can get some assistance from anyone.
