Puneet started asking questions about compiling Allwinner's own kernel
(Lichee / 3.0.8) which we definitely don't support. He was told this
by a couple of people and I took over when he persisted as I'm sure
they have better stuff to do.

My understanding is that everything and anything related to sunxi
hardware, upstream or "our" development versions of u-boot and the
Linux kernel, the linux-sunxi website and the Wiki, related tools,
boards, BSP etc. is definitely "on topic" and that "vendor" kernels
and stuff is definitely "off topic". Everything else depends.

This looked like it was a question about dealing with the Lichee
kernel and some related Android distro, hence, by my understanding, it
is probably off topic, hence me pointing out that they may not get
much help here and that they'll probably get better answers from the
vendor he got the Android tree from or the pcduino community.

Admittedly he was asking about toolchains, but I don't know what that
Android tree expects from a compiler, so it's probably a question best
asked where he got it.

Thanks,
