The way I approached this was to ask for developers to email me if they are interested for the dev board, considering that the initial work on the A80 would be quite low level. I think that there is interest from Allwinner to assist the community with hardware. If these initial boards are put into good use, then it is highly likely that there will be more rounds of donations.
