I only know about the A20. With the 3.19 kernel the brcmfmac driver enables the wifi part of the AP6210. For Bluetooth I think you'll just need something to reset the BT part of the AP6210 and then download the firmware. I'm working on code for the BT function. Please see the AP6210 thread in this forum. It might be possible to change the code to suit the A31.
