No, Alan usually does not send USB patches to Linus, hence the two trees being so out of sync. Some USB patches were sent to Linus by me for 2.4.10, and some snuck in through patches that were present in some distro's kernel trees (which is where I think the usbvideo code came from, but can't remember right now.) > I have one minor patch outstanding, though (hotplugging fix).
