SCSI has added newer interfaces for host drivers to use that allow single adds and removes. The api document is located in /Documentation/scsi/scsi_mid_low_api.txt. I believe it is fairly current. I have been using the scsi_debug driver (which uses the newer interface) to add and remove pseudo adapters, but have not checked the results through user space hotplug. -andmike -- Michael Anderson [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: Thawte.com Understand how to protect your customers personal information by implementing SSL on your Apache Web Server.
