Interesting. I see updates there from Greg, Alan, and me; none of which ought to cause EPIPE in a correctly written program. (That's just from a quick skim.)

On the other hand, I can imagine some of Alan's updates might
turn up bugs with drivers accessing endpoints that don't exist
in the current altsetting ... and your device had several
altsettings active.
