[linux-usb-devel] reinitializing USB devices after resume

After resuming from an APM suspend on my Thinkpad T41 laptop with 
uhci_hcd and ehci_hcd loaded, my USB mouse doesn't work if it's 
connected during resume. For it to work, I just have to unplug & plug it 
back in. This has happened for the last bunch of development 2.6 kernel 
versions, including with the latest 2.6.7-mm5.
