does 2.6.12-rc5 behave for you?

Sorry for the simple question. I know how to compile and configure a kernel, but how do I make a 2.6.12-rc5 tree? I know how to use patch too -- I just can't seem to figure out the starting place. Do I need to apply rc3, rc4 AND rc5? If not, I don't see any usbnet nor Zaurus stuff in rc5. (?)

Thank you for your reply,
