Hi,

I tested this patch, and it does see the device without needing the
extra tickle via "usbmodules" (or an equivalent usb_get_descriptor()
call via libusb).

Nice work, it is nice to see it doing *something* under Linux. But
sadly, the thing appears to report front/back left/right buttons on my
dance pad as axis events instead of button events, which makes it
useless for any of the dancing games (an axis can only be in one
direction at a time, i.e. combos not possible). Maybe that could be
hacked around, but IMO this thing is junk, and is going into my
"busted" bin; maybe I can scavenge the USB cable for other projects.

p.s. For reference, I've got two EMS USB units, and they work
*great*. All dance pad arrows register as buttons, and analog mode
works if you want to use the PS2 controller joysticks (the Wisegroup
unit does not seem to support analog mode).
