And configurations there described as a way to have different power
modes. If i will assume, that anonymous default conf. #1 in TI USB's
serial firmware is for "switch all interfaced devices to power-off mode",
it's pretty much OK with the theory. Say, it was a universal firmware
template and system programmer just didn't remove anything, even this
conf. may have nothing at all with power modes of interfaced hardware,
but still it's default, and must be changed by USB host.

And if i will go further, assuming, that TI MSP430 uC *are* the lowest
power, as climbed by TI, i think they have done exactly as that.

Again i still don't know, how other devices are dealing with this.
