Could you put this text somewhere on the web and add the comment with link to it at Phison entry on www.qbik.ch ? I would do it myself but I am quite busy right now and my Phison is in repair so I can not test it. Also I think we should ask Phison again for permission to add it to the kernel. The only problem is that one has to differientiate between older and newer firmware.
