Digitex Pendrive 32Mb (www.pendrive.com) works fine.
RedHat 7.3, kernel 2.4.19 with the latest hotplug and usb-tools.
Don't forget to enable SCSI disk support in your kernel.

Check with www.qbik.ch for the list of Linux-compatible USB devices.
