Folks,

I'm having problems with my Onstream USB 30 model, running on
Linux kernel v2.4.20+. I've got a USB 2.0 card in there as well,
apparently with a NEC chipset (it's branded as Belkin). Symptoms
aren't just limited to the Onstream behaving funny; launching KDE
knocks out my USB keyboard and mouse for a certain while also.
lsusb and more details available on request.

FYI the message the onstream gives is
osst0:W: Warning 70000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x7)
-- just to whet your appetite...
