Hi,
I have RedHat 7.3 but the USB doesn't work well.
When I boot from "pure linux" it has probably IRQ problems.
        "dmesg" gives the message:
PCI: Found IRQ 9 for device 00:07.2
IRQ routing conflict for 00:07.2, have irq 11, want irq 9
IRQ routing conflict for 00:07.3, have irq 11, want irq 9
                usb-uhci.c: USB UHCI at I/O 0xd400, IRQ 11
When I boot from "windows 98" everything works
        "dmesg":
PCI: Found IRQ 9 for device 00:07.2
PCI: Sharing IRQ 9 with 00:07.3
                usb-uhci.c: USB UHCI at I/O 0xd400, IRQ 9
I have tried all kind of solutions (changing even BIOS status), using "setpci"
to change the irq of USB, but without results.

here is the situation of the interrupts on my machine:
# cat interrupts
        0: 128626 XT-PIC timer
        1: 975 XT-PIC keyboard
        2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
        5: 5303 XT-PIC via82cxxx
        8: 1 XT-PIC rtc
        11: 0 XT-PIC usb-uhci, usb-uhci
        12: 47507 XT-PIC PS/2 Mouse
        14: 43205 XT-PIC ide0
        15: 52671 XT-PIC ide1
        NMI: 0
        LOC: 0
        ERR: 0
        MIS: 0

Please, can you help me?
I have lost a lot of time tring to use only Linux, without having to pass by
Windows.
