It's not related. Notice these lines in your log (just before the error message you quoted above): PCI: IRQ 0 for device 0000:00:13.0 doesn't match PIRQ mask - try pci=usepirqmask PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 0000:00:13.0. Please try using pci=biosirq. Did you try booting with either of those parameters on the command line?
