I try to boot system in single user mode without success (there is no
device recognition). So I send SysRq stack trace. WebCam is connected in
port1 on the USB HUB, and USB Audio is connected on port3. 
I'm sorry, I send mail directly to Alan Stern, but I don't intend to do.
