I don't see how the motherboard can tell the difference between a USB card and any other sort of card. My guess would be that the display above means that slot 4 and the internal USB controller are routed to the same IRQ line. But clearly your motherboard is very fussy about which cards belong in which slots. As long as it's all working, that's what counts...
