There is provision in the ADSC (Accept Device-Specific Command, a.k.a CBI
command block wrapper) Request to specify an interface, but not a LUN. LUN
is left to the command set.
For example, in the UFI command set often used by USB floppy drives, the LUN
is specified in byte 1, bits 7-5 of the command block.
BTW, in Bulk-Only Transport, the LUN is specified in the command block
wrapper, byte 13, bits 3-0. It must also be set in the LUN field of the
command block, if present.
