The people he is talking about are not starving graduate students. They are
people like me who work in Academia but could get paid a lot more
elsewhere. I choose to do this because I think it is worthwhile and I
enjoy it. Some day I may decided that I'd like to get paid real money.
However, I still get paid a lot more than a "starving graduate student".
 
I really didn't want to reply on this thread as I really think it should
be killed, sorry for wasting everyone's time.
