        Is this the same issue with the smartmedia version?  I saw
your post about supporting SanDisk and agreed, so ran out and bought
the smartmedia usb reader.  Only when it didn't work did I go back and 
reread your post to find that only a certain one is supported.  I
willing to work on the driver for the smartmedia one but is this in
the same "Vendor Not interested" category? -- Dan
