If your camera works with 30-meter cable then it is not USB. USB cable is
limited to few meters (3-5). Even an extension cable is not recommended.
Maybe your camera came with 3-meter cable (like older Vista cameras)?

x10.com has some wireless cameras. They produce analog output. You'd need
to capture it as usual (with BTTV grabber). Total cost $150-200.
Alternatively, you can always buy some inexpensive CCTV security camera,
they are also weatherproof.
