I have attached all the files or log sections requested below. I am
willing to try patches, or whatever is needed to get this hub working.
When I first started the system, I had the SanDisk CF reader attached to
the PC USB port. I disconnected that device and connected the
monitor. After the monitor was connected, I attached the CF reader to the
monitor, but I could not mount the device.
