in the usb faq you can read that this camera is supported as a
mass storage device in usb-storage. time goes by and source code
changes, and now it's not supported any more. :-(
my "naive" try to put the camera into the driver, with some sane
options was not rewarded: (if it was that easy it probably would
be there ...)

all other options (at least the ones that i tried) did not change the
result.
does somebody know what was changed in the usage of this device (or
storage
devices in general.) (please don't tell me everyting :-)
usb-storage.c was changed totally of course, but what about the flow
what was done then and what is done now.
data: 2.2.16 with usb-2.4.0-test2-pre2-for-2.2.16-v3.diff.gz
last working version usb in 2.3.55 (as far a i know)
some developer here to point me into the right direction?
