your FritzCard doesn't work with the acm driver, because this device is
vendor specfic and
AVM gives no specs. out (as long as Linux-USB is not stable).

I started to write an driver, but i need more informations about the
USB-IC
of the FritzCard -
has anyone an Win VxD Sniffer?

There ARE VxD sniffer and developer tools on the official AVM page.
Maybe that may help you for the AVM Fritz!Card USB :)
