I am running 2.4.0-test5, with a usb MS Intellimouse (optical).
Last night I insmod'ed rio500 and plugged in the Rio. It was detected,
and I was able to transfer files to and from the unit.
However, after putting songs in and listening, the music is somewhat
garbled.
To make a long story short, it only turns out that way (garbled) when
I put the music in while in X windows. If I exit X, the music
downloaded sounds great.
I have made the assumption that there is some conflict with the usb
mouse or bug in the usb code that causes this to happen...
I am about to bolt on vacation for a couple of weeks, but if anyone
has any ideas or things they want me to try tonight, I will be happy
to and report back.
