I'm planning to do a talk at the next meeting about Linux fundamentals. It won't be a tutorial really, more an explanation (and discussion) of the core concepts underlying unix/Linux. Having a good grasp of these concepts is the foundation to understanding Linux properly. The talk will be based on a lecture in the course I teach here at university. Questions and discussion will be strongly encouraged.
