Nah, nah. Linux is on ext3 filesystem but I think Windows 2000 was trying to index it but couldn't, which was why it took ages to open up My Computer folder. Now that I've disabled the indexing (and also used TweakUI to make that drive invisible) opening up My Computer folder doesn't take forever anymore
