Thanks to C Falconer for the http://rute.sourceforge.net/ pointer to the 600 page manual. I spent 20 minutes downloading it, but it won't open as it 'doesn't start with a %pdf'! (The first problem I've encountered with a pdf file.) How did you achieve the printout for your school library, C? Do you still have a copy of the printable file?
