Yes, the "advanced user interface" that they refer to is probably just a reference to XML or suchlike in which case they have not even had a look at Mozilla and if the site doesn't work with it then they are not making any effort at w3 compliance.
If they are talking about using vbscript instead of javascript then they have no claim whatsoever to any standards compliance.
