OK. It was a labour of love for my English relatives, none the less I'm quite proud of it. Prepared _entirely_ using OSS tools: GIMP; Quanta, and a couple of quick fixups using vim on the server. If I were to do it again, I'd probably think a bit harder and create some scripts to do it. It's my personal server again so take it easy please folks.
