Hi all,

Personal Opinion:
Commercial posts should be OT with the possible exception of "Linux
related product announcments" LABELED as such in the subject line.

Exception: when a list subscriber asks directly for recommendations
from the list for a contractor/expert to assist with a paid solution.

Reason: while there are many who could offer solutions for a fee
justifiably on the list, the possible competition for $ is generally
against the purpose of the list as I understand it?

List Purpose:?
"The support of Linux users and the free and open sharing of information
relating to Linux".

I would regard the including of relavent business details in a message
signiture as OK.

Regards
Michael
