hddx specifies a partition on the device hdd.  Unless you've got some
really really weird CDs, they don't have partitions, and thus, are called
simply, hdd.

Sorry, i avoid KDE and all of its kludged icons like the plague.  Good
`ole 'mount' works just fine for me in RH-7.2.
