Caldera has been doing 'silent' restructing for over a year now, and it
hasn't shown a bit of progress in moving out of the red.

I almost take this announcement as an act of desperation, where they're
saying "Hey remember us, we're trying to stop the bleeding, so please buy
from us".

I wonder if Caldera will exist a year from now.
