I am using http://www.smoothwall.org as my firewall/gateway it's quite a nice package... although the founder tends to arrogance if you join the mailing list and they are now turning kind of commercial with the economic conditions as they are... but I digress I have a p100 box with smoothwall installed and it is all managed from a web front-end... you have proxy / firewall / portforwarding / vpn all no hassles....
