Interesting and if true will mean we get caught with our pants down again. Over six months ago I called FBI in Tallahassee and suggested that they might want to keep watch over the internet. Too much business flows over it. Bin Laden with over 100 million in the till would have very little problem designing about 1000 viri designed to destroy rather than just annoy. By dropping them on the net in a timed released the net could be tied up almost indefinitely and a great deal of economic chaos could result. The FBI just yawned. But, the net is still a sitting duck.
