When i run xvinfo (this is Xfree86-4.3.0 if that matters) on my laptop, i
see a secgtion like this:
"XV_BRIGHTNESS" (range 0 to 255)
client settable attribute
client gettable attribute (current value is 0)
i've been searching xfree86,.org & Googling for the past hour, and i can't
find any info on how to change that value to something greater than zero.
anyone know the magic?
