This really confuses me. /dev/hda is not a directory or even a partition. It is the boot sector of the first hard drive. I could not see how to mount that r/w or how that would help me. > When you say "hangs up," are there any messages? There were no error messages. It just hung during boot, when loading the system. It said something about package or system found at 0 and stopped.
