you are both correct and wrong at the same time Kurt. correct in that it's part of trying to figure out the issues with periodic rsync failures. but there are also several IPs in the rsync logs that haven't been claimed by anybody yet. Unofficial mirrors? Private mirrors? IP theft? Who knows. Been meaning to put a stop to it for a while now..
