It will recognize that the firewall in-memory is different and ask if you
want to import it...
I haven't done this once I started using webmin, so I'm not sure if you can
do so afterwards, but it works great as a starting point.

If you like text config, Webmin saves the firewall in a standard
"/etc/webmin/firewall/iptables.save" file...
Way cool.
