Are you using terminal services for remote admin or as a terminal server? How many people are accessing the box at one time?

Just me for now but I plan to add others later (and don't want to be limited to 2 sessions). So I set it up in the "application" mode. Also, admin mode seems to run really slow - on purpose no doubt.
