Hi all!

I'm having increasingly annoying issues with SuSE 7.2. I have two
other linux partitions on the same box. Whn I use the
"locate <stuff>" command, it proceeds to list all files with <stuff>,
but also those files ON AN UNMOUNTED PARTITION that have <stuff>. So
somewhere, there's some list of files left over from when the other
partition was mounted.
For example, I did a "locate libc" and I get (just a few from a very
long list). . . . .

.
.
/lib/libcom_err.so.2.0
/lib/libcrypt.so.1
/media/sda4/lib/gnulibc1
/media/sda4/lib/gnulibc1/libc.so.5/
.
.
The first two listings are from the mounted partition. The directory
/media is where I mount my other filesystems. The partition sda4 (SCSI
drive "a") is NOT mounted. The directory /media/sda4 is empty. Does
anyone have any idea how this is happening?
Thanks!
