Thanks for the tip, but i'll prolly pass.  Isn't Gentoo based on Debian?
 No offense, but i hate Debian.  I tried it out, and made the best
effort to get my head around it, but it became more of a frustration
than anything.

I think i run just 1 KDE app regularly, konsole.  Other than that, i'm
fairly window manager agnostic.
