Has anyone tried to build Xine from the src rpms? libdvdread wants libtool 1.3.5, which I downloaded and built from a tarball. This is on a COL 3.1 box btw. The i686 rpms are for SuSE and didn't work on COL. Xine starts but exits abruptly.
