Hi,

All I can tell you is that ICQ (Windoze & MacOS) works. I'm using it in
my router/firewall and I can send and receive files behind the
firewall.
BTW, if you need info seting ICQ, I can help you with that (there  are
a few tricky settings for the Windoze client)...
