All good here. Sorry for the people in the worst effected areas, but my
goodness if it had been centred in the CBD one hates to think.

Looking after my sister as she has no power/water Bexley area.
was a mission to walk up the road and back when we went to get her stuff
for a few days.

No damage worth crying about. The g-pigs cats and birds are a little
rattled
nothing significant broke.

The scariest was having a partner in a wheelchair and thinking if theirs
real damage how to get her out. So I feel for all those with a
disability. In some ways it doesn't feel real until we have another jolt
or the phone rings and I jump out of my skin.

One neighbour did the rounds after 5am to check on the street so that
was good.

This has brought out the worst in people or some people are just scum
all of the time?

I say this as one individual thought it great to go around asking for
water bottles in the guise he would fill them for you. Then thought it
great to have an open fire last night in the drive. Who does that after
a quake??

peace and love people

keep safe and well

Tom
