Not until we have the new pre- and postprocessor integrated into
groff.

Neqn from groff always use -Tascii.  Note that groff's eqn
preprocessor does not support TTY devices well (it really sucks).
Consequently, the nroff script ignores the -e switch (which would call
eqn otherwise).
