Unfortunately not, as yet. I keep my modified code in a local CVS
repository. I import uvcvideo onto a vendor branch. That usually takes
care of applying changes to the driver. Most of the backport changes I
made you later incorporated into SVN. There are quite a few other
changes related to allocating contiguous physical memory for the
captured frames.

So far I have not had any reason to try and backport v4l core. It's
something I should investigate.
